Tanya Nardone is a practicing labor and employment attorney and human resource (“HR”) consultant. Tanya is not only an expert in her practice area, but she is also personable and takes the time to get to know each business she engages. She tailors her services based on her clients’ specific needs, from providing complete in-house HR and employment compliance support to representing her clients in employment disputes, such as discrimination or harassment charges, or simply handling HR/employment projects on a case-by-case basis. Tanya understands that some of the most difficult, yet rewarding, aspects of being a business owner are understanding, managing, and working with the business’ talent. Tanya works with each business client to: (i) engage its talent; (ii) establish systems and processes for the day-to-day management of its team members; and (iii) resolve any issues that come up with a business' talent.

In fact, Tanya founded Nardone Consultants to assist businesses in building positive and collaborative relationships with its talent, by drawing on her years of experience in nearly every facet of the HR and employment specialties. She has served as a labor and employment lawyer, an HR/management consultant, an in-house HR/operations manager, as well as an EEOC investigator and analyst. Tanya’s comprehensive experience and varying roles in the HR and employment fields allow her to:

  • Work with businesses to achieve their human resource and employment goals and needs.;
  • Create and supplement systems and processes that should eliminate or minimize risks and disruptions in a business; and
  • Establish a perspective necessary to identify and resolve those issues that arise in businesses on a regular basis with their teams.
